Shipping policy
We only ship Monday through Friday, year round. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. However from May 1st - October 15th, we reserve the right to delay shipments due to extreme heat. We ship within the Continental United States. We do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.
If you would like us to delay shipping your order, please state that in the "Order Notes" section, otherwise your order will be processed within 2-3 business days (larger orders will require additional processing time). We hand bake our cookies to order and our cookies stay fresh for 90 days. We cannot guarantee any orders that are not received by a person at time of 1st delivery or are left outside in the heat or bad weather. If we find the chosen shipping method by the customer is not available or will be delayed and will effect the product in any way, we reserve the right to change the method of shipping.
